What we build
Whatever you have in mind, we can build it from scratch to do exactly what you need. It runs in the browser, nothing to install, works on any phone or laptop. Portals, dashboards, booking and quoting tools, calculators.
We keep what we build running. Fast, secure hosting, daily backups, certificates and updates handled, and someone to call when something needs changing — so the site or system stays looked after long after it goes live.
Premium websites for startups and established businesses. Designed and built for you — fast to load, easy to find on Google, and simple to keep up to date as you grow.
Questions
It depends on the scope, but as a rough guide builds start from around R10 000 and go up from there. A single-purpose tool — a booking page, a quoting calculator, a client portal with one type of user — sits at the lower end. A full system with several user types, payment or accounting integrations, and compliance rules to meet costs considerably more. What moves the number is the size of the scope, how many outside systems it has to talk to, how many different types of user it needs, and how clear the requirements are to start with. The free scope puts all of that on paper first, and only once you have approved it do we put a written estimate to exactly what it says.
Again it comes down to the scope: anywhere from about 5 days to 4 months. A small tool — a landing page with a lead form, a single calculator, a simple booking flow — can be live inside a week. A larger system with several user types, integrations and admin screens runs closer to two to four months. The scope document commits to a handover date before anything is built, and that is the date we work to. We build in one-week sprints, so there is a working link to click through every week rather than one big reveal at the end.
Yes. The code, the database and the hosting and domain accounts are all in your name, handed over on a repository you control. If you ever stop working with us, nothing switches off and any developer can pick it up.
That is the main thing we design around. We explain every technical choice in plain English, you get a written scope you could hand to any developer, and every week there is a real screen to click through instead of a status report. You should not need to speak developer to get software built. If you are not yet sure what you want built, that is normal — the first call is for working it out.
Yes. We are based in Pretoria but we work with founders and businesses across South Africa, including Johannesburg and Cape Town. Projects run remote-first, with on-site sessions for kick-off and training where that makes sense. Tell us where you are on the call.
